Announcing: The University of North Florida Digital Humanities Institute’s Digital Projects Showcase

The University of North Florida Digital Humanities Institute’s Digital Projects Showcase

Monday, November 9th – Friday November, 13th

The University of North Florida (UNF) Digital Humanities Institute(DHI) promotes collaboration on interdisciplinary projects that combine technology with materials and methodologies from the Humanities, Fine Arts, and Social Sciences. The DHI coordinates events exploring the theory and practice of Digital Humanities scholarship and provides a forum for faculty, staff, and students to work together to design and implement digital projects. The annual DHI Digital Projects Showcase provides an opportunity for students, faculty, and staff at UNF and other universities affiliated with the Florida Digital Humanities Consortium to share teaching or scholarship practices that use information technologies to solve problems in interesting or original ways. The 2020 DHI Digital Projects Showcase will take place remotely during the week of November 9-13 and will feature poster presentations, documentary films, and additional multi-media projects.
